OnlyFord BYLAWS

Section 1) Joining Requirements

1. Once a member, you cannot hold an officer position if you are also an officer or Board member of another car club. 
2. Members must be 18 or older.
3. The vehicle MUST be a Ford Powered vehicle to join. 

Section 2) Decal/badge

1. OnlyFord decal/badge/banner is to be placed somewhere visible from the outside of the vehicle. 
2. OnlyFord oval decal/badge is to be placed on the outside of the windshield with the exception of the back window of a truck or 4x4 vehicle, or vent window of a Cobra. 
3. Membership Fees are paid with your chapter’s Officers or online at http://onlyford.org before receiving your Badge.
4. New members can be badged in on a separate date from the general meetings if they cannot attend the specified meeting.

Section 3) Member Expectations

1. OnlyFord decal is to be placed on the windshield or side window.
2. All members are to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously and not bring an undesirable image to OnlyFord. All members will cooperate and be courteous with sister chapters and clubs. All members must conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner when dealing with the public. Members represent the “OnlyFord” brand.
3. OnlyFord has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, sexual harassment, and fighting.
4. OnlyFord defines harassment as aggressive pressure or intimidation, etc.
5. OnlyFord defines sexual harassment as making unwelcome and inappropriate sexual remarks or physical advances, etc.
6. OnlyFord defines fighting as attempting to make physical contact with another person by hitting (with or without an object), punching, kicking, slapping, full-force ramming, or body slamming. All members will respect each other and not cause conflicts. 
7. If you are cited for reckless driving or a DUI, your membership will be revoked.

Section 4) Member Misconduct Policy

1. If any member does not follow the Member Expectations outlined in our bylaws, disciplinary actions will occur, e.g.:
2. Verbal Warning
3. Demotion
4. Termination
5. The member may potentially banned from ALL OnlyFord Chapters.

As a member of OnlyFord, you represent more than just yourself; you represent a company that strives to bring communities closer with humbleness, a passion for cars/trucks, and civic responsibility.

Section 5) Side Shows & Law Enforcement 

1. OnlyFord is both family-oriented and law enforcement-friendly. That means while at meets/shows, we will conduct ourselves as responsible individuals and will not participate in any sideshow activities (burnouts/donuts/excessive loud revving). We do not condone members participating in sideshow events.
2. If you are found to have participated in sideshow events, you will be de-badged and terminated.

Section 6) Events and meets.

1. ABSOLUTELY NO LITTERING AT ALL TIMES, AT ANY MEETS OR MANDATORY EVENTS. Throw your trash away at the designated areas or put it in your car till you can properly dispose of it.
2. Be respectful of yourself, others and the environment you are in.
3. Mandatory events usually mean a significant event in which we need many volunteers to make the event successful. Mandatory events are not for us to force you to attend. It's about showing love, support, and dedication to OnlyFord and getting to know each other on a family level. We do understand not everyone can attend all the time. Life happens, but communication is critical. 
4. Any member who is found conducting themselves in a manner that is negatively representing the club will be subject to:
   1. Verbal Warning
   2. Demotion
   3. Removal from Chapter and Potentially Banned from ALL OnlyFord Chapters.

Section 7) Inactivity

1. If a member has been inactive for 90 days since their last received communication, the President, or CEO will contact you to discuss your status.
2. Failure to communicate after contact will result in termination.
3. Exceptions on a case-by-case basis or standard exceptions listed below:
4. The car is actively being repaired (6 months or less).
5. The car is actively being upgraded (6 months or less).
6. The car was sold and in process of replacing (6 months or less)
7. Work constraints lasting fewer than 6 months.
8. School
9. Temporary family crisis
10. Conflicts with childcare
11. Injuries/Medical/Illness
12. Military Service

Communication is fundamental. You will be terminated from the Club if you do not pay your Annual Dues within 30 days of expiration.

Section 8) Voting

1. Club voting will be conducted in person at the monthly meeting (held after Cars & Coffee) or by proxy with permission from the President.
2. All items that are brought up for a vote will pass with a two-thirds vote.
3. If the items mentioned for a vote do not reach a two-thirds vote, the CEO will be the deciding vote.
4. Members will vote at monthly meetings on spending. Examples 
5. Designated Charity
6. Club Dinners/Parties
7. Meets and Events
8. Trophies
9. Club Equipment
10. Marketing Materials
11. Members in Need
12. Committee Members

Section 9) Club Dues

1. The club fee will be $30 initially the first year and then $20  annually, and must be completed before badging. Member payment can be made in person to the CEO, President or the Treasurer in cash, a check made out to OnlyFord Auto Club, or at http://OnlyFord.org

Section 10) OnlyFord General Meetings

1. These meetings will be for all club members.
2. However, we will have some discussions that everyone is expected to attend, whether in person or through the Facebook Family chat video feature.
3. We strongly suggest attending to voice opinions, concerns, event ideas, etc.
4. Meetings will cover the following items:
   1. Club event planning and attending events. 
   2. Fundraising ideas
   3. Approval of spending
   4. Recruiting
   5. Badging in new members

Section 11) Executive Committee and Roles Descriptions

1. Committee positions are as follows:
   1. President 
   2. Treasurer
   3. Secretary
2. The CEO will select committee members. If there are more than one person who wants a committee position, the general membership will vote to decide.

President 

1. Reports to the CEO
2. Represents the club and its members. 
3. Oversees the daily operations of the company. 
4. Delegate tasks to other officers and members. 
5. Has the final vote when voting results are split 50/50

Treasurer

1. Reports to the President and CEO
2. Maintains the tracking of club funds.
3. Notifies members when they are behind on paying club funds/dues.
4. Updates committee on all deposits and withdrawals of club funds
5. Reports delinquent members after 30 days of no renewal of fee.

Secretary

1. Reports to the President and CEO
2. He/she is responsible for assuring the company stays in compliance with both regulatory and statutory requirements .
3. Executing all of the decisions, resolutions and changes put forth by the corporation's CEO.
